Members Cannot Reset Practice Points without 3,000 crowns

Why was this implemented? I remember members used to be able to reset it for free. Please make player respec free on Christmas day or one of the 12 days of the spiral. For a game that produces no updates and little content, I have to say this is a very stingy thing to do.

This shows up as a member benefit from time to time.
